Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using WhatsApp Automation (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Unofficial WhatsApp connection — you may be banned. Read this section fully.

The Service connects to WhatsApp using Baileys, an open-source library that communicates with WhatsApp's servers the way a linked device would, without going through WhatsApp's official Business Platform API. This means:

  • The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Using an unofficial connection to send automated or bulk messages is very likely against WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.
  • WhatsApp may detect this activity and suspend or permanently ban the phone number you connect — with or without warning, regardless of how carefully messages are paced.
  • We do not control WhatsApp's detection or enforcement systems and cannot prevent, predict, appeal, or reverse a ban on your behalf.

Strong recommendation: never connect your primary personal or business phone number. Use a secondary, dedicated, or disposable number that you can afford to lose access to.

By using the Service you acknowledge this risk and agree that you are solely responsible for the number you connect and for how you use it.

1. Description of the Service

WhatsApp Automation lets you connect a WhatsApp account, import a contact list, and send campaign messages to those contacts with configurable pacing (delays, hourly limits, auto-pause, working hours) and delivery tracking.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages to recipients who haven't consented to receive them, or otherwise violate applicable anti-spam or telecommunications law in your jurisdiction.
  • Send illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or send messages on behalf of someone without their authorization.
  • Attempt to circumvent the Service's rate limits, security controls, or any other account's data.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates WhatsApp's own Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

You are solely responsible for having proper consent to message every contact you upload, and for complying with the laws that apply to you (which may include consent, opt-out, and record-keeping requirements for commercial messaging).

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the contact lists and message content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, any warranty that messages will be delivered, that the WhatsApp connection will remain stable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsApp Automation and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or a connected WhatsApp account (including a ban or suspension), arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WhatsApp Automation and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
